Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

JobPrepX provides tools to discover job roles, track applications, prepare for and receive live assistance during interviews, and manage your resume. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free or Plus) and any optional add-ons you purchase.

We may update, add or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce paid features you have already purchased for the period you paid for without offering a remedy.

The Free plan is available at no cost. The Plus plan and optional add-ons (such as a virtual phone number) are paid and billed in advance for the duration you select. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Cryptomus. By making a payment you also agree to the payment provider's terms. We do not store your full payment credentials. Paid plans are purchased for a fixed term and do not automatically renew unless stated at checkout; access continues until the end of the paid term.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When you register for JobPrepX and provide a mobile number, we use it to send SMS notifications about your account and job search activity (the "Notifications Program"), including: application status updates, interview scheduling notifications, recruiter communications, account verification, and other important account-related alerts. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages through this program.

• Consent. You provide consent during account registration by checking an unchecked opt-in checkbox, which clearly explains that you agree to receive SMS notifications related to job applications, interview scheduling, recruiter communications, account verification, and important account updates. Consent is not shared with third parties.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your application and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and can reply START to resubscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or contact us at support@jobprepx.com for support with the Notifications Program.

No mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you subscribe to a virtual phone number add-on, JobPrepX lets you send and receive SMS text messages through that number for job-search-related communication with employers and recruiters (the "SMS Program").

• Consent. You consent to receive SMS related to your virtual phone number by activating the number in your account, or by texting START to your assigned number.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your usage and conversations with employers or recruiters.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of the SMS Program at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@jobprepx.com for support with the SMS Program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates any law;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

You are responsible for how you use any AI-generated suggestions, including during interviews, and for complying with the rules and policies of any third party (such as an employer or interview platform).

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your resume and application details). You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Loyal Solutions Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JobPrepX is a productivity and preparation tool; we do not guarantee any particular outcome, including that you will receive interviews or job offers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyal Solutions Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
